Moaz is a Senior Software Engineer at Deloitte where he builds data-driven personalization products and assets within Deloitte’s ConvergeCONSUMER practice.

He Participates in building the infrastructure required for optimal Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) of data from a wide variety of data sources using Python, SQL, and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.

Also, He specializes in developing server-side web application logic, building core features that meet client needs, and writing web services and APIs to integrate the work front-end developers do.

In his independent work, Mr. Mansour owns client-facing products. He translates clients’ needs and desires, generates product requirements, determines specifications, and recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines. He has a proven record of success in identifying new business and entrepreneurial opportunities to drive/influence positive product delivery.

Prior to Deloitte, Moaz was the Director of Data Product & Development at Ipsos Public Affairs. He led a team of Data Engineers, Web Developers, and UX/UI Designers to deliver state-of-the-art digital intelligence platforms serving the global public interest.

Before that, He worked with Simplicity as a Software Engineer, where he developed instantaneous synchronization algorithms on Google Cloud. Created serverless and containerized workflow management solutions.

Mr. Mansour also worked in Consultancy at Vodafone, where he owned, led, and provided consulting services for international projects in the UK, New Zealand, Ghana, and Egypt.

In addition, he steered product visions and strategies for the technological commercialization of software products as a Technology Transfer Associate taking the University of Rochester research from academia to the marketplace.

Mr. Mansour holds a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University and an MS in Technical Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Rochester with a specialization in Computer Science.
